CPQG Board Meeting convened virtually, using Zoom, and was called to order on April 30, 2020 at 6:02PM by Dawn Brotherton. Purpose of this special board meeting is to discuss and approve proposed budget for 2020-2021 guild year and to discuss and approve revised slate of officers for 2020-2021.

 

Present at the meeting were: Dawn Brotherton(President), Barbara Blanton(Treasurer), Suzanne Sealey(Secretary), Dave Banks(Membership), Leigh Anne Langston(Publicity), Denise Harrell(Historian), Corrine Vance(Newsletter) and Amber Horner (eTree)
